Who sends the messages

Text messages are sent by Melinda Walencewicz, REALTOR®, eXp Realty LLC, a real estate agent serving Connecticut and Polk County, Florida.

What messages you may receive

Non-marketing messages: replies to your questions, delivery of guides you request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your real estate inquiry or transaction.

Marketing messages: helpful real estate information, market and home care updates, and invitations to free consultations. You receive marketing messages only if you check the marketing consent box.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can give consent for non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you (863-225-4892 or 860-784-7214). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START," and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at melindatherealtor.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
